About service

These are not therapy groups, but support meetings moderated by psychologists. The purpose of these meetings is to introduce women to each other for mutual support and provide tools to improve their well-being in various emotional states.

Our experience shows that a series of meetings, one every week, is sufficient to achieve this goal. At these meetings, participants have the opportunity to be themselves, to express different emotions and not be afraid of judgment, because all women have similar experiences. And it’s always easier among friends. Here you can talk or stay silent. You can stay on, or you can leave when you’ve had enough.

Meetings are held online on the Zoom platform once a week and last 2 hours. The groups will be accompanied by professional psychologists who have extensive experience in conducting support groups. Therefore, in addition to the mutual support of the participants, you will be able to get the support of specialists. You can become a member of the support group for military wives by filling out a short questionnaire
