We provide consultations and support on social issues, as well as psychological help.

You call 0 0 800 332 720, after a few tones you hear a greeting message from the Service and a warning that this call will end and you will receive an incoming call. The incoming call will be answered shortly.
Our consultant on the line is ready to inform and provide support on social issues, as well as provide psychological support if you need it.
Communication and support is confidential, ethical, respectful and safe.
We process every call that comes in. If all consultants are busy at the time of your call, we receive a notification of the call, and our consultant will call you back as soon as possible.
No request will be left unanswered. Our consultants respond as soon as possible.
Call as many times as you need. Every day from 10:00 to 20:00
- if you do not know how to establish communication with a serviceman and provide emotional support;
- if the serviceman needs psycho-emotional support due to a difficult emotional state;
- if the military’s relatives feel emotional fatigue, sadness due to loss, complex emotions and feel that they cannot cope with it anymore;
- if wives or mothers of servicemen feel that there are no people in their environment who can understand them, and they have no one to share their thoughts and feelings with;
- if the military and family members of the defenders feel exhausted, emotionally tired, despair, anxiety, have problems with sleep and appetite;
- if a soldier, veteran, or their family members need help in establishing relationships with their loved ones.
If a psychological consultation via phone is not enough, our counselors offer online sessions.
From August 2023 to August 2024, the administration of the hotline was supported by the Ednannia Initiative within the framework of the Civil Society Sectoral Support Initiative project implemented by the Ednannia Initiative in consortium with the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR) and the Center for Democracy and Rule of Law (CEDEM) thanks to the generous support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development.
From September 2023 to March 2025, the hotline is under support of the International Renaissance Foundation. The content is the sole responsibility of the CIVIL ORGANIZATION PUBLIC MOVEMENT FOR EMPOWERING WOMEN IN UKRAINE and does not necessarily reflect the position of the International Renaissance Foundation.
From May to October 2023, the hotline will be operated within the framework of the Stiykist’ Programme – the project funded by the European Union and implemented by Equal Rights and Independent Media (ERIM) in partnership with the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation, the East Europe Foundation, Human Rights House Foundation, and Human Rights House Tbilisi. The project is aimed to strengthen civil society organizations (CSOs) and individual activists affected by the war in Ukraine, including independent media and human rights defenders.
